Absolutely not! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our coaches tailor workouts so everyone—from newbies to seasoned boxers—feels welcome and challenged.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive sneakers. If you have your own gloves or wraps, bring them along; otherwise, we have first-timer loaners or you can purchase on-site.
Not unless you want to. Most of our group classes focus on fitness, technique, and bag work. Sparring is completely optional and usually reserved for advanced or specialized sessions.
Yes! Our coaches emphasize proper form and technique to minimize risk. We also have non-contact training options, so you can learn to box safely at your own pace.
